IN CLASS TODAY
We completed the "Wrath of Grendel" section of the text. You were also supposed to have read the section entitled "The Coming of Beowulf," ending near the top of p. 46. Obviously we did not do that today, but we will pick up with that section tomorrow.
FOR TOMORROW
If you are in 4th period, there's no new reading due tomorrow. Your essays, however, are DUE. Hard copy in class with cover sheet and and 2nd draft; turnitin.com by 11:59 p.m. Thursday night.
If you are in 6th period, it's still true that we will probably have time in class only for the "Coming of Beowulf" section. As you know, since you got your papers back last, I'm giving you until Friday to turn them in. That means that tonight you should plan your time wisely. If you're determined to wait until the bitter end/last possible moment to finish your essay revisions, you'd better read the next section tonight.
