Catching Up

On-Line Homework (Applies only to those who have not yet turned this in.)
First, if you are one of the few stragglers in 4th or one of the many in 6th (thanks in part to Friday's mock crash), scroll down to Thursday's blog to get the straight-from-the-news assignment.  Do this for Tuesday.

Some of you are way ahead of schedule, which is great, but others have, for one reason or another, been lagging.  CATCH UP.  That means that by tomorrow, Tuesday, you need to have read chapters 7-9.  We will work with 10 in class (I have reasons for wanting to do it that way), but it may be--depending on Ms. Wallace's visit and the questions associated with that--that you will need to finish that up on your own. 

Either way, we need to get back on target as quickly as possible.  Chapters 11-15 (the Creature's story) need to be finished--or as close to finished as possible--by Wednesday.  From there it is an easy down-hill to the end.

Expect an unannounced quiz or two and probably an announced one for the Tuesday you are back from the 4-day break.
